Welcome to the Global Leadership Summit Vision 2047 (“GLS Vision 2047”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our official website https://glsvision2047.com (“Site”) and participation in the event. By accessing or using our website, registering for the Summit, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Event
The Global Leadership Summit Vision 2047 is an initiative by GLS Vision 2047 Alumni and partner organizations, bringing together leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to collaborate and inspire the next era of progress. The Summit is scheduled for January 24–25, 2026 at IIT Bombay, Mumbai.
2. Registration & Participation
- All registrations are processed through our official website or authorized partners only.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete personal and professional information during registration.
- We reserve the right to approve, deny, or cancel registrations that do not comply with eligibility or conduct standards.
- Admission badges and QR codes issued are non-transferable and valid only for the registered participant.
3. Payments & Invoicing
- All payments must be made through our official payment gateway (PayU) integrated into the website.
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes and transaction charges.
- Upon successful payment, participants will receive an automated confirmation email with a unique reference ID and QR code for check-in.
- Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once registration is confirmed and payment is processed, fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
- Substitution of participants may be allowed up to January 10, 2026, subject to written approval from the organizing committee.
- In case of event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), the organizers will notify participants and provide revised options.
5. Event Access & Conduct
- All attendees must carry a valid photo ID and the digital confirmation email with QR code for entry.
- Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times and adhere to event guidelines communicated by organizers.
- Unauthorized distribution of marketing materials or recording of sessions without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All data collected during registration and event participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for GLS Vision 2047, you consent to our processing of your personal data for legitimate event management and communication purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials, logos, designs, text, graphics, and event content are the exclusive property of GLS Vision 2047 and its affiliates.
- Participants may not use or reproduce any proprietary content, trademarks, or recordings without written authorization from the organizing committee.
8. Photography & Media Usage
By attending the Summit, you grant GLS Vision 2047 permission to capture, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, or other media containing your image or likeness for promotional and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
- GLS Vision 2047, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
- We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website or during the event sessions.
- Participants attend and engage in sessions, workshops, or exhibitions at their own risk.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites or payment gateways. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and governed by their respective terms.
11. Force Majeure
GLS Vision 2047 shall not be held liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
